It certainly does happen, and in fact still happens for me occasionally, but almost never with strangers, rather an old friend or intimate acquaintance. I think many women choose to engage in the very personal activity with men they find a certain comfort zone and trust level with rather than just a random hookup, hence my sarcasm.
