I did end up making pineapple/mango salsa. Good stuff.
Heat and sweet pair well. What did you use for heat?
Lately I've been loving chile tepin in everything. Little, dried desert berries filled with capsaicin. They vary in size a bit but they tend to be right around peppercorn size so I had what I thought was a bright idea and bought a pepper mill for my chiltepin peppers and it's sort of work but it didn't really. I think they're not quite hard enough . Basically it's just a very thin shell surrounding some tiny seeds.
