There are a lot of reasons people aren't interested in sex any more. Have you talked about it? Does she wish she desired more sex and it is a physical issue or even a psychological barrier? Does she have any empathy that you have much stronger desires? She might be willing to do something for you like a pantyjob if she doesn't have to get undressed, have penetration, etc.

have tried to talk, even suggested that we can use our hands only on each other... but nothing ever happens... there is a bit of a medical issue but it should not stop her hands from being active... we have even talked about oral but nothing ever happens... the only way anything happens is if I complain and tell her its been six months and she thinks it is a last month...

So she doesn't explain why she is not interested? I do compare it to when I have the flu or something. No energy, zero interest in sexy time. I still love my husband but to find the energy to put into being sexy when I'm not feeling it at all is a pretty tall order. So there can be medical issues where her hormone levels have zeroed-out her desires and that's tough to get around. If she was already a person that didn't value sex too highly (if earlier in your marriage you didn't have a lot of sex) you have the compound issue of her not seeing the importance of it.

All that said, I think it would be perfectly fair for you to explain that you're going to take care of yourself and not pressure her any more but that means you're going to be buying/wearing panties, etc etc etc. Or something to that effect.
