A dodgy haircut. It was short and shaved at the back. This was the early 90s and I wore a lot of black with doc Martin boots and crucifixes ( because I liked Depeche Mode). I discovered Faith No More and a whole host of dubious hip hop that I can’t quite bring myself to get rid of. I dated black dudes.... one of whom was a stripper which caused quite a sensation at my Spring Formal.

And Billy Joel, Bob Dylan and Neil Diamond are all pretty fucking rad.

I love kids movies. I think I am taking my kids to see Toy Story 4 today. And like the last 3 Toy Story movies I will probably cry.

Dolly donated something like a £100,000 maybe more to a charity that provides books for children that can't afford them here in England. In the US she founded a whole charity to help children read. Bit of useless info there!

Side note the hotel overlooks a tiny bit of beach which is where I was sunbathing topless with my other half when he spotted a guy looking at ‘contact’ mag while pleasuring himself... I had ask him what a contact mag was... my other half that is, I didn’t interrupt the wanker to ask... that would have been weird...

Anywhos - we moved further up the beach and he bloody followed us... and carried on... at which point I decided we should leave... my other half, bless him, wanted to challenge the guy... I wasn’t having that, you don’t know who you’re dealing with - probably turn out to be the mayor or police chief or something... I was quite shocked, there were much better bodies to wank over (not false modesty... that is entirely true...)

(Genuinely) I love rain. I knew my bike ride was going to be wet this morning, but it was like riding in a warm shower.

I've been in tropical rain (as in it was raining somewhere tropical) but not often in this country.

I'm not complaining, or talking about the weather though.

For me, guacamole after drinking too much Dos Equis was OK but had a chicken salad that that avocado in it and thought 'why not?'....verdict: not bad!

I did have tofu in a veggie curry and confess that I found it pointless and taking space that would have been better filled with cauliflower or potato or pepper, in fact, anything!

Like carrots?

Hey everyone. Move went very smoothly. I am well into the unpacking. Spent part of today standing on my kitchen counter with a rubber mallet moving the “adjustable” shelves in the cabinets. Somewhat therapeutic.
