Can you put more stuff on the poll? Because I would suggest, "Lied about something to trick someone into sex" but maybe worded more in line with the rest of it.

"Provided 'alternate facts' to make sex more likely" or something. That's what they're saying now, right?

I think the drunk sex isn't black and white. But if I was more sober than my intended shag, and they hadn't previously made it clear that shagging me is something they want to do when they're sober, it would obviously be taking advantage. I've declined sex in that situation, because I didn't want to be a morning regret.

yes to the first 2 but no-one was driving. with one person (the psychopath) it would be agree to sex with them or serious repercussions and with H it's just fun so long as neither of us are really drunk--engaging in sloppy sex is unappealing for me and he'd likely be too busy giggling.

and the second is something H likes if i can wake up enough to do it. i like my sleep, it's true.

entirely pre-consensual, though over the drink-drive limit does not mean totally drunk as a skunk.
