I live in perpetual fear because of this shit. I am straight up terrified. There's these little brown fuckers and I don't even know what they are but I know they're everywhere and I can't deal with it.
 
There's this kid's movie called "The Queen's Corgi" and I have to describe it to you because it is blowing my mind.

So the Queen of England breeds Corgis and they're all royal and stuck-up and shit, and that's fine- this is a cartoon. Like you know the moral is gonna be, "Don't be stuck up and upper class, humility is good kids."

And then out of NOWHERE Donald Trump shows up and tells his dog to rape the Queen's dog. Like that's just... what happens. Donald Trump, president of the United States, shows up and tells his dog to rape this other dog in a KID'S MOVIE. And then she tries to do that, the dog. She's on some Pepe LePew shit. She's gonna get that dick.

I feel like y'all are gonna think this is not an accurate description of this movie but that is literally what I'm watching. The main dog like runs away to avoid getting raped and this other dog just knocked him off a fucking bridge like this movie is off the rails.
 
This dog that Trump is trying to get the fuck the other dog against his will, he said to it, "Grab him by the puppies".

Thank Cthulhu that wasn't Life Of Pets 2, because I was about to throw something. Gonna ruin an almost perfect starter franchise by putting that asshole in the mix...nope. :mad:

I was going to make a change this year. I stepped down from boards I was on, didn’t run for re-election for others. I took neci’s advice about taking a break. That was until an opportunity presented itself, and now I am waiting on the vote to be taken next Saturday for me to have a seat on a board. I am told the vote will just be a formality, but I am still a tad anxious.

This is for an organization that does amazing, important work that is right in my wheelhouse, and I couldn’t not throw my hat in the ring. I think it was but a week where I thought I was going to be free from boards and committees.

Do you guys volunteer?
 
Most volunteer boards are comprised of little hitlers with big mouths who have no power or attention at home.

i hope the role lets you make positive steps to help the organisation :cool: i have every faith in your balanced view and valuable input :D

i used to volunteer years ago back in the u.k for sense international, then went on to work for them in a paid capacity before moving to another. the volunteering i do here is all about helping H's mum with things she likes to keep up on but finds it hard to--like her many flowerbeds. which is why i'm always getting bitten the shit out of by chiggers :(
