Don’t know if you were stating that I, Pol, society, or all the above have a double standard. I personally don’t give a fuck about the age difference. Just seemed to me like Kate could do a hell of a lot better than a guy who got engaged to Ariana Grande after knowing her for three weeks. But, I suppose, who am I to judge.

The pressure/comments from society are double standard ( men; especially rich men; can date young women, older women can't date younger men in the same way)
But I don't know the guy. Or Kate.

I'm torn, on one hand I'd never be anywhere without a shirt on (standards old boy) I'd not put my mouth over a public faucet (I'm not a Philistine!) So uncouth.
But how do you 'police' public behaviour.
Reminds me, must get my smoking jacket cleaned, and tip my butcher (only one of those is true)

Does humming count? When in an absurdly good mood, I sometimes can’t help humming... if you find a British woman wandering around the art today somewhere in Paris, humming to herself, might be me!

Hey! I’ve been to Ballet Boyz today so also enjoying some London culture... had a cocktail at the Royal Opera House afterwards. . They have a couple of bars / restaurants for drinks / dinner or high tea that I would take someone that I wanted to impress. You don’t need to be seeing anything there. That’s my recommendation for today.
