Having purchased a weighted blanket...

I found it does decrease my tossing and turning at night, which, I surmise, helps my body determine it is time to shut down and go to sleep faster.

It is recommended you do not buy one that is more than a fifth of your body weight. I'm a big guy so I bought the closest I could find, but some smaller folks have tried the one I bought and after a few minutes they say they feel like they cannot breathe.

Also, it is a substantial blanket so, as it has gotten warmer, I have had to ditch it.

Two cents.

Let me know if you try, please! :cattail:

I'm just curious as to whether they work they way they are supposed to. I can't seem to find anyone whose actually experienced one.

I’ve had one for over a year and it definitely helps me during my anxiety/panic attacks.

This is now on my wishlist. Thank you for the suggestion and review.

🤔
Mmmm no.

Obeying traffic laws is probably the most widespread act of cooperation the world has ever seen.
