Abortion

It's a good thing a single baby has never been murdered by abortion. If you think they are you should report it immediately. To stand by for such an atrocity would make you complicitous.

Shame on you.

The state of Colorado lowered their abortion rate by 40% without draconian abortion law. Their secret? State-funded IUDs.

I'm sure you'd likely have a problem with that, even with your deep, deep concern for the sanctity of life.

Not at all. I just feel that when two adults are irresponsible enough to create an unwanted pregnancy they have to step up an accept responsibility, and not just kill their mistake. People need to be responsible for their actions. With the availability of effective birth control there is no excuse for an unwanted pregnancy.

I heard a conservative black female, Candice Owens, state that black women are 7% of the population but have 40% of the abortions in America. Can anyone with a straight face tell me the abortion industry in America backed up by a phony interpretation of the constitution isn't a state sponsored genocide program? Come on.

I find your newfound concern for the well-being of African Americans quite touching.

So, I'm curious if this same individual that is touting the availability of effective birth control also supports companies like Hobby Lobby in having their health plans catered to eliminate various kinds of birth control? Or if he supports the religious freedom laws that allow pharmacists and doctors to not prescribe it or provide care regarding it due to their religious beliefs? And my bet is that he supports the repeal of the ACA which mandates coverage for such things.

But it's very easy to preach about how easy it is to get birth control - while supporting everything that chips away at that access.

Such little inconsistencies.

A simple fact still remains: No law on record is every really ‘settled law’. Laws get challenged in courts all the time. Roe vrs Wade is long overdue to be challenged in the courts for better or for worse. It’s about time for all those newly appointed judges to go to work.

The biggest farce is that the Alabama law is for children's welfare. They are last in education and have one of the highest child mortality rates.

Funny that the same people who are terrified of Sharia law are the ones promoting ramming Christianity down everyone's throat.

They should rename the state Talabama.

ok, you have me at a loss... which style are we talking about? tae-kwon-do?

Yes I know, in a battle of wits I use my black belt in intellectual Jujitsu to take down the unarmed. Nobody get's hurt that way. Here, let me help you up. ;):D

Alabama, where a woman can't have an abortion even if she is raped by her father. Even Pat Robertson came out against it, and he's about as hard-shell as they come. I guess it's back to back alleys and coat hangers, or a road trip out of state.

So tell us how you feel about judicial activism.

That sounds like a great topic for a separate thread in and of itself. You should start it and see if you get a wider array of answers to debate instead of just mine.

You would actually have to answer to claim "other than just mine".

However no need to give it a moment's thought as we all know you have no intention of answering with anything besides deflection or passive aggressiveness. It's kinda your shtick. Shrugs.

Not if you live in Georgia. They made it illegal to go out of state to get an abortion.

So apparently all fertile women will now have to wear ankle monitors.

I don’t need to answer you to know my opinion doesn’t mean shit to you and vise versa. We’ve had this discussion before, remember. You want to debate the topic, start a thread about it. It’s that simple.

Or create a poll.

You don't answer anyone or any challenge to anything you say.

Like I said, we know this. It's your shtick. I knew it when I asked it. You guys say stuff without thinking. Someone calls you on it and you go all defensive.

You just keep hammering home my point with every post.

That’s because I’m not here to argue with anyone. I state my opinion or view and move on. I don’t answer to you nor owe you explanation as to why I believe what I believe. Get that through your thick skull. You’re on Literotica, not in a college debate hall. Jesus fucking Christ. If you really want answers, start a thread about the subject.

You guys? You’re the one that brought the idea up. All I did was suggest you should start a thread about it. But, no, you clearly wanna argue with me about “deflection”. If I wanted to answer you, I would, but I didn’t. I suggested you start a thread. And you get all huffy puffy because I don’t want to share anything more with you than my opinion. So start a thread if you want answers or STFU. My opinions are my opinions. My beliefs are my beliefs. I don’t have to nor need to explain them to your ass on demand.
