Alabama governor signs abortion ban bill designed to challenge Roe v. Wade law

Such a good day!!!!

Time to move it toward SCOTUS to rule on The personhood of the baby.

this law has as much chance in challenging roe

Well, that’s one way to reduce the population of Alabama.

Just what I was thinking too.

Most young persons or parents of teenagers just won't take the risk, and will leave the state.

I am not in the least surprised that YOU would show up in this thread.

I still pray for your children and grandchildren.

Thank you for praying for them! They are doing amazingly well!

Yes, this legislation is very important. Time to right a huge wrong and let the Supreme Court decide if the baby has it'a own personhood.

And the woman is nothing but a vessel. Of course.

Fetus > woman.

Praise Jesus.

I've always been curious who had "it'a own personhood." I did know it was missing.

May the next Alabama Republican who needs a heart transplant be given an embryonic one.

First, time to find a good test case - maybe start with that part about conspiracy. An AL woman should go to FL, have a normal abortion and return home, letting everybody know the purpose of her trip. If she gets arrested, begin the fight. I strongly doubt that "conspiracy" charge would stand up.

If miscarriages are a felony and it only applies to the women...

The woman is not the one threatened with the felony...the performing doctor is (in Alabama).

The woman is the baby's mother, as nature's God designed. Obviously.

Bady and mother both fully share the natural, unalienable right to life, equally.

Witches like you should just keep your legs locked like Ayssa Milano suggests.

According to God, the living soul only appears after the first breath of life. Should we accept that fact into the discussion?

Bitches like you should never talk about controlling a women's body.

Whose G/god?

Who gets to pick?

Is it the muslim god? The christian one? Or perhaps we can go a little more exotic and go with Ganesh? There's lots of options. And of course none. Although that scares the religious folk.

So I'm a man hating witch because I believe in reproductive rights.

Gotcha.

Let's explore this a bit.

If both mother and fetus share a natural unalienable right to life, what happens when a situation occurs that one must die in order for the other to live?

In my perfect little world, a fetus has limited rights until birth, so it's a no-brainer: save the mother's life.

I imagine you'd be terribly conflicted in such a scenario.....do you flip a coin?

Why does Vishnu get no love?

The Muslim, Christian and Jewish god.....are all the same god.
