Abortion

I'm immune to warts.

Once I had one on my finger. I just picked it off and it never came back.

I remember way back some other kids had nasty ones. They had to freeze them off.

Just an FYI.

:p

Look. I get that you think murdering babies is a-ok, but you are also a troll, so....:)

Murdering babies? What a sensationalist statement.

You're very stupid, no doubt about that.

You're not even a good troll.

I have never seen someone who is so spot on with projection.

-You call others trolls, when you are one of the main trolls on this barnyard.

-You call others liars, when you are one of the biggest liars on here.

-You call others racists, when you slap dicks with racists like that loser.

-You accuse others of having alts, when you created several alts, talking to each other like goons, in your dry ass blurt thread.

At your twilight age of about 70, don't you ever get tired of playing games?

You're not a teenager.

Aww, the GB, where Baby Boomers go buckwild!

Speaking of "potential", I wonder if Kantthinkii would noticed if he ordered chicken in a restaurant and was served eggs instead?

They're functionally no different, according to him.

What restaurant are you going to that serves fertilized eggs?

Damn. Everyone knows you are a gourmand, but between balut and your love of samosas you seem more sophisticated a gourmet than I would give you credit for.

I really hope these states charge women who get abortions anyway with murder or conspiracy to commit murder. Those states that put people on death row for premeditated murder should do the same with the woman since abortion is premeditated murder.

I also hope any woman who is in a car wreck that's her fault and has a miscarriage as a result is charged with negligent homicide. Or if someone else's fault, that person should be charged with negligent homicide.
After all, everyone wants state and federal laws to be applied equally. Murder is murder.

Also, no exceptions for incest, rape or age of the mother. There are no exceptions for murder just because you don't want them in your life.

I think/hope that your forgot the /sarcasm/* tag. Thanks.

The new Georgia law goes above and beyond in its treatment of women as little more than birthing vessels. They can go out of state to have a completely legal abortion and be charged with murder as soon as they return.

Where are all the lawyers?

How does Georgia have jurisdiction for this?

The upcoming census should count fertilized eggs.

Is an egg fertilized on US soil a citizen?

It gets better....ecotopic pregnancies kill women. They are routinely terminated. Makes sense, right?
.
Under the new law, doctors are to re-transplant the egg from the fallopian tube into the uterus where it belongs. One problem: such a procedure does not exist and is seemingly impossible to do.

It's obvious that the majority of these onerous provisions will be found unconstitutional. That's not the point. The point is to get a "do over" on Roe v. Wade in front of a court that now has rapist Kegger Kavanaugh in the Kennedy swing position.

Sarcasm, no, I think laws should be applied equally.
If abortion is murder then it's hypocritical to to not equally apply the law.

Also vitamin C and cinnamon should be outlawed because, even though they have beneficial uses, they can be used to cause a miscarriage. After all, RU-486 should be banned, according to the anti-choice people, because that's used to commit murder, even though it's used for other medical conditions.
Vit C and cinnamon should be treated no differently.

If people want a zygote to have the same rights I do, then the same laws need to be applied to those who would murder them.

I kind of want SCOTUS to overturn R v W, with Kavanaugh's help. Then Susan Collins will have her treacherous speech shoved up her ass.

These "instant personhood" laws have all sorts of unintended consequences. Women will have unrestricted access to HOV lanes on highways simply by claiming they are pregnant. I wonder if obviously pregnant women will have to buy two tickets at movie theaters?

alabama has passed a bill up for the nod from its governor(?) with anti-abortion views, that would make any doctor performing an abortion liable for life imprisonment. of course, this is aimed at going to the high courts in order to challenge roe v wade.

personally, as pro-choice, i still think any abortion should be carried out within the first trimester, even by 8 weeks preferably, as most are; having said that, availability of service, education/protection, and a mandatory obligation for states to accept responsibility of the unwanted live births they refuse to terminate should be a given.

how many states will wish to take on not just the healthy babies they can probably 'sell' to people wanting to adopt, but the babies born with hiv, or drug-dependencies, diseases and disabilities the majority of adoptive parents aren't really willing to take on?

Something like 88% of all abortions are first trimester. Abortions occuring after 12 weeks are rare to begin with.

I was thinking about the aerobics instructor whose abdominal wall was so tight she accidently crushed the skull of her fetus at seven months. Under Alabama law she'd be charged with murder.

Ask AJ. He was unable to procreate on his own ("had a fever when he was young" ) He and his squaw wanted to adopt, but US babbies were too problematic, so he spent 10 grand buying his daughter from a for-profit Chinese orphanage (this was back when China had its one-child policy, and undesirable females were dumped on "orphanages")
