Another Twirl On The Merry-Go-Round

I posted a thread here almost 3 years ago. I had some good luck. That thread was started out of disappointment and this one is the exact opposite.

Because I had a good experience and made a couple good friends let’s give it a go again. One of those friends had some good advice for me. Rather than seek a particular relationship seek people you want to spend time with and see what grows within the friendship. How simple is that!?!

A little about me beyond my profile. If it’s pink and sparkly I like it. I also enjoy a good baseball game. High heels are not a plenty in my closet, but there is one pair that are my favorite. They are black, sling back, and peep toes. My loves are my cats and if you are a 4 legged parent we already have something in common. Fair skin, freckles, and a bright smile are a few of my physical attributes. I along with the rest of the world is waiting to see who will win the Game of Thrones. Dragons and family drama make good TV.

I have some characteristics that could be classified as a bit “nerdy” not needy, but “nerdy”. Well Ok in all honesty I can be needy too.... Like you, I'm a GoT fan, though I haven't seen any of this season's episodes. I had read most of the books and only began watching the series when I found the first 5 seasons on Craigslist for practically nothing. So now I just continue buying the blu-rays (now 4k) when they are available. I still keep up with the season via online blogs and this doesn't ruin the suspense in the least.

I just adopted a cat from a shelter about a month ago. I'd forgotten just how amazing pets are and how much I'd missed having one.

I grew up with baseball and still watch the occasional game on tv, and try to get to a few games each year at Fenway Park.

You had me at baseball. Then you said nerdy. Yeah that’s a match. I think the approach is right. Let what comes out be organic. Among other things you might find something you didn’t know you were looking for.
