This is a very personal thing and I don’t think you should expect it from any partner. That being said I have personally enjoyed anal sex in the past which is a bloody miracle given my first experience of it was so horrible. I am in my mid 40's. I kind of wish that what I know now, that I knew growing up. But that is usually the case as we look back on past experiences. I would say that in my late 20's is when I first became attracted to anal or ass play. I understand your point about how porn stars make it look and usually isn't reality. But I do typically enjoy more reality type of porn. Homemade type of stuff.

But back to your point.

Doing it safely and the most comfortable way would be best and only if both parties enjoy it together. I enjoy just oral anal play as well, which I usually do after she takes a shower.
