I try to avoid both. But good carbs are better than bad carbs. Beer is bad carb. Obviously I eat both. But I limit them greatly. Typically beer isn't worth the cheat for me.

My endocrinologist said a beer on a hot summer day is good for the kidneys. Now my primary care physician says two is fine, he knows I don't drink Bud or Miller Lite. Lol

Oh dear he was in the baaaad books today. SO left him out and went shopping.
Big mistake, HUGE!, came home to all the stuff in that little tray on the floor, kitchen utensils on the floor, container of grapes some eaten rest on the floor, took the pens out of the container dropped them on the floor, 2 plants completely stripped of leaves
