Story where a brother knocks up his sister, told with an alternating timeline

So yeah, as the title says. My memory is quite vague of the story, but I remember liking it.

If I remember correctly, it's about a sister getting knocked up by her brother. I think it happens in an attic or something, at some point. This is only revealed at the end of the story. I think the story is told by alternating between current time where she's pregnant, and the time leading up to the actual sex between the brother and the sister. I also think one or the other timeline takes place during christmas, or at least some kind of family party or something.

No, unfortunately not. I seem to remember there being a regular back and forth between 2 different periods in time pretty clearly, which isn't the case with those. I also think there was some strife between both siblings based on the notion that the sister thought the brother was wiping his hands clean of her and the baby or something, which ended up being cleared up by the end of the story.
