Broken profile image on lit profile page?

Is there a trick to getting my profile picture to show up on my lit profile page? ( https://literotica.com/stories/memberpage.php?uid=4884624 ) It shows in my control panel, but on the profile page it's a broken image thingie.

I've noticed this recently, that avatars on profile are broken, but can be seen in the control panel.

And how do I see member profiles? Can't seem to find a link anywhere to actual profiles, just the bare bones pge which lists posts also?!?!?
