Yes. And when you parse the results to ONLY include that which you want to use while not including the entire data set, you LIE by omission.
The poll does not say what HCG says it says. A PIECE of the results summary says that more "strongly disapprove" than those who "strongly approve". That PIECE is being touted as saying something that the poll does NOT say when all the data is considered.
Thus, the statement that Trump has a higher disapproval than approval rating is a lie.
Tell us, do you support lies? Have you become what you say Trump is; a liar?
