Sounds to me like their attitude and manners are a disadvantage, which definitely puts them on the “bottom run of sex appeal”. Maybe their mum didn’t teach them if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all.

I object your honor, to this allegation of being the "...bottom run of sex appeal" ... All I can offer are my two-cents worth but in my opinion, the Aussies I have had the pleasure of knowing were all very charming, with warm personalities. One lady in particular had the most delicious voice, and her accent only added to the pleasure of the experience.
