Information ESPECIALLY numbers can and will say ANYTHING--, the person interpreting them wants the final results to say.
The results that they publish might be ok' for someplace like England but even still, to say that it is the final authority on who is what size and what is "normal" or Average size" without taking an exhaustive study, with eyes and hands on each subject.

I admit I'm skeptical of this article. In the first place, it has never even occurred to me to measure along the "dorsal surface," as the article stipulates. I would have seen that as cheating. Measuring along the top ("ventral surface"), I am— even now, pushing 70— an easy 6". Noticeably more if I use a cock ring. My point is not to brag, because honestly, I think I'm average.
