The game started with a couple of my girlfriends in high school. Basically loser had to make the party location and all party favors appear. It was played anytime there was a male substitute (ok and with a regular teacher occasionally as he got a kick out of it, maybe another one or two regulars once in a blue moon if we thought we could get away with it).

Rule one, no one who isn't part of the game, can see the game. If they do see you, you lost.

Rule two, you get one move per turn, then flag to the next girl. Turn must be taken in a timely fashion or passed.

A point is awarded for causing the guys distraction. Examples are stopping mid sentence and staring, the forced cough as they try to gain focus, an obvious erection. Game is over when they give up trying to teach, they go sit down, and just give a free period. The girl who caused that is the winner of all bragging rights attached to that day, then points are tallied to determine the loser.

Reason a girl might pass her round is primarily because she caused enough of a distraction that a non player saw the teacher staring at the player, and is now staring at the player trying to figure out what just happened. Again if any of the players sees the knowing laugh of a non player, the player that caused it is automatically flagged as loser.

Most common typical moves would be like extreme cross and uncross of legs, the slow hair toss with you hand lingering then trailing down your neck and breasts, the slow unbuttoning of a few buttons of your top with the coy look, the coy look while chewing on a pencil or applying lipstick, the unladylike seating posture of open legs as you run your hand up the inside of your thigh. Just suggestive body language basically.

I continued the game in later life. For example, every 3 months all coworkers around the region had to go to a conference where they had dull boring speakers, we hated it. So I recruited a couple of other chicks and we would go to a bar after on losers dime. It was especially funny because 3 of us also worked with our live in boyfriends, so they were next to us as we played the game.

Sometimes to settle a disagreement we would just pick a random man in a crowd to play. Like settle what movie to see, where to go etc.
