Since most men seem to want to go straight to the blow job and penatration, I don't think there is much foreplay in porn. From my own experience- and this was years ago- women are better at it. That makes a certain amount of intuitive sense (we do have personal familiarity with the object of attention), but men generally lose some enthusiasm once they have come. Best approach I ever found was to keep them engaged totally while promising they would get the prize later!
