They can also lawfully and constitutionally impeach him if there is enough evidence that he encouraged the Russians to illegally break into the opposing party's communications, as was in progress with Richard Nixon when he was forced to resign. Like, for example, if Trump were to get up in front of the public and say something like, "Russia, if you are out there listening, find the missing emails", along with associated corroborating evidence.

And who knows what else Mueller has. Trump's lying and corruption makes that of Nixon and Clinton look like the bush leagues.
