Hey everyone. Im not really sure how to go about this, but I just had something pretty crazy happen to me. I slept with my mother this weekend. I'm still in shock from the whole thing, and I can't really believe it happened. We never had any prior chemistry, but last night we had a bottle of wine with dinner, and things just continued from there. I'm an only child, my father left us when I was younger.

The more I think about it, the more freaked out I'm getting by it. I don't know how to approach her, I don't know what this will do to our relationship. I havent been able to talk to her about it yet, she left for work in the morning.

I've lurked on this forum for a while, and I joined to ask anyone for advice, or share experiences that may help me adjust to what the hell just happened. Im not looking for guys telling me about their fantasies, nor am I seeking women telling me theirs. I'm asking for help in a way.

I will post in other forums just to spread out a little. Thank you guys for reading this and any help would be really appreciated..

the way I see it if you are both over the age of 18 that makes you concenting adults. your mom Im sure has been lonely and i know she loves you so it should just be looked at as something very special that you got to share. I wouldnt look at it any other way . you could talk it over with your mom and let her know that you had fun and enjoyed it and dont harbor any hard feelings. she may veel bad as well. I dont think if you both love each other that you shouldnt feel bad about makeing each other feel good if for just a little while.

incest is not for all on lit or elsewhere. i am perfectly fine with it, the only incest ive had was with my late aunt, if you did have sex with your mother, then thats fine with me,just tell us more about it.

If this is real I can actually help having had sex with my aunts and mother on different occasions.

First thing to do is really think about what you want to do about this experience, is it:

-Just a nice memory that you can keep and continue your life.
-Something that you really enjoyed and want to continue on a regular/ occasional period.
-A experience you are having trouble coming to terms with due to society, morality, fear...
-Something that you wish did not happen and want to take back.

After you settle on how you feel you need to put your mind in a place of complete seriousness were you can have a adult conversation that will involve compromise and acceptance with your mother when she gets home or when you find is the best time to sit down with her.

Lastly you must always keep in mind that both of you were involved in what happen and as a adult you need to take responsibility for your decisions, just because you had wine and both of you were naked dose not mean you had to go through with it, both of you made the decision and continued with the act. This is not a bad thing because this mean that she wanted to do it as much as you if not more and when you talk with her about it as long as you are not ashamed about it and can accept happen then both of you will be able to move past it.

I fully agree! You are both adults and you both enjoyed it. I would continue to pursue the relationship, and even move into her bedroom with her. Why not?

Totally agree both y’all are adults and fine with it go a head and perhaps y’all relationship grow even stronger. What happened me and my stepsister which not incest but we grew up together like brother and sister
