It seems to be independent of the weather. I'm not sure what set it off this time, maybe coughing from the cold I had or picking something up without thinking. It doesn't take much. With two collapsed discs the surprising thing is how well I've been doing. I got a bit lazy about doing the exercises and put on a bit of weight, so I'm now getting payback. How are you doing up there in the wild country?
