I have seen several threads lately on business travel which got me curious how many people actually hookup during a business trip.


When traveling for business how often do you go out after work? Alone or with co-workers?

If you do, is just to get out of the room or are you hoping to find a hookup for the evening?

Have you ever had a hookup with someone you meet while traveling for business?

If you did hookup, how did you meet the person, hotel bar, seminar class, convention floor, prearranged?

My own replies

When traveling for business how often do you go out after work? Alone or with co-workers?

I go out most every night I am on the road. Mostly go out alone.

If you do, is just to get out of the room or are you hoping to find a hookup for the evening?

For me both, I hate sitting in the hotel room at night so will go out but there is always the hope of meeting someone even if it is just ends in a nice conversation.

Have you ever had a hookup with someone you meet while traveling for business?

Yes I have

If you did hookup, how did you meet the person, hotel bar, seminar class, convention floor, prearranged?

Meet her at the bar in Hard Rock Cafe while eating dinner. Just go to talking during dinner, hit a few bars after dinner and things just clicked and ended up back at her room.

I will go out most evenings I travel. Mostly along unless I am traveling with others (not as ofeni).

To go out of the room. Not necessarily looking to hook up.

Yes and used to think easier than it actually is. Perhaps cause dont get crazy drunk.

Interesting subject. I use to hook up while on business trips when Craigslist had personals. I am married and enjoy the occasional guy play but am very much in the closet. All my previous hook-ups were arranged through Craigslist and they came straight to my hotel room.
Not sure even where to start anymore since there are no decent personals out there.
