Hate to break it to you (no I don't) but that's trying to use a Band-
Aid the victim has to pay for rather than doing the surgery needed to cure the illness. It's your way of saying "I don't care about anyone but me."

The president seems to suggest it's perfectly fine that such measures are necessary; that almost suggests that it isn't America's duty to protect its people, but the duty of the people themselves.

In that case, weapons should be freely available for everyone; everyone has the right to feel safe, even the lunatics.

There's a reason that the right to own a weapon is a fundamental right under our constitution. The constitution is designed to protect your liberties. A free society can not keep you "safe" without encroaching on your liberties.

In truth Trump doesn't know a Southern Baptist from a tree frog. The only religion he knows anything about is Trumpism. The rest he's just manipulating without bothering to learn anything about it.
