I think the real rub here is that, whatever Warren's actual heritage, Title 7 is being misused on a wholesale basis. There are some who will abuse it in order to gain opportunities to which they are not entitled. There are also some who will abuse it in order to promote their self achievements either personally or professionally.

In either case, it is not what the law intended. And such abuses actually harm those who could really use the hand up.

Warren as both a Senator and a tenured professor at Harvard should have known that and corrected the record.

There is a chance that Warren is 1/64th native American. That's between 1 and 2%. You can look that up here.

I never claimed it to be more than sketchy or scant. BUT, unlike some, I don't dismiss it because I don't want to face it. It's there; either accept it or don't. For myself, I choose to add it into the mix and come to a decision based on all the known facts.

And, unlike you, I don't attack people for non-related things like their political beliefs or birth gender or age or skin color as if that somehow makes the sketchy fact vanish. I can actually be an ass (I am) but that doesn't change anything as it relates to Warren and her DNA. Or to whether she may or may not have gained an advantage she wasn't entitled to.
