I prefer the judge to be calm, cool, and collected. Listen, think, and act. None of that was on display during the show. Many of his answers were misleading. Refuted is not the same as not remembering. On and on.

No, letters written by lawyers for clients do not equal "de facto under oath." Some have made sworn testimony under threat of perjury (like Swetnik) but Mark Judge has only issued press statements or statements by his lawyer----> not under oath in any sense.

No one except Judge has denied her allegations. The rest of the witnesses have said they have no recollection of that night or that party. That's not denying or refuting her claim of sexual assault.
