All of the actual words the non-corroborating witnesses offered are in writing and available.

Bottom line is there is NO support from ANYONE that the good "Doctor's" memories are valid. None.

Yet, the desperate, despicable Dems STILL want to haul in Mark Judge as a hostile witness and berate him for something that NO ONE corroborates. For what? So he can say on camera "I do not recall" to the incident and, "I plead the Fifth Amendment on the grounds that it might tend to incriminate me" for all of the teenage misbehavior they want to drag out of him to smear Kavenaugh by association? Nice.

Then they will explain that despite the fact that the fifth amendment is an important constitutional protection against self-incrimination and witch hunts and show trials that in this case it's okay because it's a job interview for a job that judge did not sign up for.

Ford did not sign up for the circus either.

If the Dems had been honest with her and said listen you're going to go on this stand and best case scenario you look okay but it's not going to make any difference whatsoever in the end on this proceeding there's no way she would have gone through the ordeal.

No, Kavanaugh and Mark Judge have said it didn't happen and, to quote Mandy Rice-Davies, "They would say that wouldn't they?"
The others didn't recall the party and since to them it was just an ordinary party, why would they? It doesn't mean the party didn't happen or that they weren't there.

I know that many people want to believe "the one," but they should also pay attention to "the many."

It is people like her that have no business deciding anything. Oh yeah what about the FBI investigating the matter. They have already stated they are done and there is nothing to investigate. I am sure that with all the positions the Judge has held over the years and with ALL the investigations done, somebody would of found something, ANYTHING. But they did not and at the 11th hour all of a sudden someone comes forward with a story. Of course come one come all. I call it total Bullshit and I am a life long Democrat. I wish there was a process for the Judge to be able to sue to get his name cleared and restore the fucking damage done to him, his family, and friends. But as long as there are those who care little about truth and more about rumors this will continue to happen. I do expect though the FBI to investigate ALL reports of school bullying from now on. Why not ?

Criticism of the Clintins was that they not only did not yank the FBI's unfortunately named HRT (hostage "rescue" team?) offline, but doubled down at Waco with not just the same agencies involved but some of the same personnel. It was the Clinton Administration that thought overcompensation and culpability at Ruby Ridge. They ultimately lost on liability, and skated on manslaughter. Absolutely no question that it was abuse of civil rights under color of law and absolutely no question that it was manslaughter.
