He is a horrible example of judicial temperament. Look at his petulance, if a female nominee sat up there and cried she would have been denounced as lacking judicial temperament and removed from consideration. He is an example of Republican male mediocrity, getting everything handed to them on a plate while others fight for crumbs.
Can you imagine if Ginny or Sotomayor had been this disjointed and emotional? You know how the bumbling RWJC love to use the word "hysterical" to describe women!
He is not worthy to be on the highest court of the land, not even People's Court.
Elections have consequences, people. Look at those canterkerous, viejo senators! Folks need to get their asses off the couch and vote these fuckers out.
Just another angry hypocritical man that can't keep control of his emotions. But then the senate republicans joined him in good company on that. It was... frankly embarrassing. And that doesn't even touch on what happened with Rachel Mitchell.
This is the best the US has to offer? A bunch of men that can't control themselves? Great.
