Sorry, I tend to believe her.
SHE has said that the totality of her memory is in the totality of her statement. She has been to therapy, she has talked to lawyers, she has been interviewed by a career sex-crimes prosecutor with a bias towards believing victims (as she should)
Is she going to magically remember better in a week? A month? Another year?
We know what we are ever going to know about what she thinks she remembers.
This thread is now up to 67 pages, and nobody (least of all Que) has yet suggested a single good reason to doubt Ford's story or believe Kavanaugh's.
Polygraph the entire lot of them
You don’t know all that a MD state investigator would ask.
You don’t know all that a MD investigator would do to, to coin a phrase, “corroborate” her story.
You are worse than any pundit on MSNBC or FOX, prognosticating based on what the media tells you.
You would be surprised what being asked the right questions can reveal. Not “you” as in the general person, but “you” as in Que, as you seem to be clueless as fuck on this topic.
Time will tell. Not you.
I don’t think pompous and angry is a good strategy for Kavanaugh, but I guess that is what he is going to go with.
I’d wager those posters who know better know how prematue it is to do.

Trump wrote/influenced that part of the opening. It was the same language he has been using all week.
My favorite part so far are the crocodile tears manufactured on demand recollecting his daughters prayers for Dr. Ford.
He looks so very judicial.
Have you asked me?
Kavenaugh's life corroborates his denial. His ex-girlfriends corroborate his denial. His dorm-mates in college corroborate his denial. The people allegedly at the alleged party corroborate his denial.
Ford's named witnesses refute her memory. Her therapist's notes refute her memory of what she told the therapist just six years ago.
What have you got, other than you need her memory to be accurate?

Gosh, I don't know. Believe the woman with nothing to gain, or the man with everything to lose (except his current, and really really good, job). It's a tough call.
Kind of easy to see him as a mean drunk. Sober, he's scarcely more coherent than busybody.
