Kreepy Kavanaugh

All you MF's are crazier than a shit house rat. Every damn one of you know this is nothing but a smear campaign because the Dems don't want the first nominee so they won't lose face. How many of you could hold up to the bull shit scrutiny that the left is bringing upon this man? Good god, find something else to go crazy about. How would that 30+ billion dollars look in the social security system?

^ Brings up the rear on the rape train.

If Trump has to pull the nomination of Kavanaugh will anyone be surprised when he blames the FBI for not finding this information earlier?

So how come non of you NIGGERZ posted this

Whoa. Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans say they have spoken to two men who think they, not Kavanaugh, had the 1982 encounter that formed the basis for her sexual abuse claim.

This ^^^ with the calendar clear him

The other "allegations" are BS

Sen. Gillibrand: "I believe Dr. Blasey Ford because she’s telling the truth."

Sen. Blumenthal: "We have every reason to doubt Judge Kavanaugh."

Sen. Hirono: "I just want to say to the men in this country, just shut up..."

Rep. Lieu: "Kavanaugh is a liar."

DEMOCRATS ARE EVIL.

Each of the men described “in some detail” their recollection of their encounter with Ms. Blasey Ford, the GOP staff said in a memo late Wednesday, less than 12 hours before Ms. Blasey Ford is slated to testify about her memories of the assault.

Ms. Blasey Ford, in testimony prepared for Thursday, leaves no room for doubt that it was Judge Kavanaugh who she believes assaulted her. She recalls spending her days at the Columbia Country Club, swimming and practicing diving, and one evening in particular when she went to a party in the area and was pulled into a room by two boys — one of who she says was Judge Kavanaugh.

Dem Senator Admits That Kavanaugh Accusers Have No Corroborating Evidence
"Well, how else can I deal with this because I think the entire hearing today, without any corroborating evidence ... we are left with deciding who is the more credible person," Hirono said.

But BK does have

And this is the #MeToo fight that we are all embroiled in.
If she says it, he is guilty. Is she supposed to be questioned? NO!

This is why Ford won't show up. She demanded to be questioned by only male Senators so that she could play victim. Now she's going to be subjected to questioning by a FEMALE professional in the area. This is why I don't think she will show up to "his" trial in a court where half of the jurors have already pronounced him guilty.

Time to eat some crow, dickwad.

Bear in mind that a Congressional committee hearing is not a court of law; the presumption of innocence does not apply -- after all, Kavanaugh's personal civil rights are not at stake, only a potential job.

Just because the presumption of innocence is required in a court of law does not make it inappropriate for other venues; that's a stupid deflection. Continually beating that drum on that already worn out talking point advanced by the Dems isn't going to make it any more valid.

The only reason it's even being suggested in that light is because this particular accusation wouldn't pass muster under any circumstances. It wouldn't pass muster in an HR department at any major corporation.

The presumption of innocence underpins our entire society. It determines what we do with rumors and gossip long before anything even comes to the attention of the authorities or a prosecutor or a grand jury it's only as a last step that we decide something has enough merit to take it all the way to trial.

You're probably right, but that says a lot more about the corporations than about Dr. Ford.

He's a convenient racism/sexism cipher for the schmucks who are too pussy to say what they really think about black people and women.

See, when you act out like he does, by being purposefully shitty and invoking free speech while trying to be the community gadfly, you then normalize all the sociopathic bullshit under the guise of being a clown. People then still treat him as a person to engage and enable, the overt racism and sexism then gets a pass and the resulting effect of racist/sexist rhetoric still happens.

Not just black people and women, Muslims, Hispanics, and dark skinned South Asians ( they are colorists and seem to have no issues with the lighter-skinned east Asians).

Usually trolls like him are short-lived on forums, fizz out and eventually get tired of doing stupid shit. It is not an uncommon behavior during adolescence. However, for a sixty something year old man? Not cute at all. Proof that wisdom does not always come with increased age. He is only idolized by three other equally revolting cowards who encourage him, including The Negro Whisperer© ;)

Some of these old rightist men think they are hot stuff, some sort of prize, and they can bully others into submission. They are in for rude awakening. Others have invaded their safe space on the GB, it isn't like when I first joined where folks rarely called them out on their baloney. I have also noticed that there are far fewer rightie frat boys than when I first joined.

They need to get over it, society is changing, folks are no longer turning the other cheek with cases of disrespect.

Presumption of innocence is a given.

What is at issue here is the standard used to judge the charges.

There are different standards used to evaluate accusations
  • Preponderance of evidence (used in most civil cases)
  • Beyond a reasonable doubt (used in most criminal cases)

Judge Kavanaugh is NOT on trial here, your insinuations to the contrary notwithstanding. He faces no jail time, no criminal charges. The Senate is tasked to determine his fitness for higher office.

Your posting history in this thread suggests that you feel the standard used to evaluate charges in this confirmation hearing ought to be "Beyond a reasonable doubt".

Based on the number of accusations leveled at Kavanaugh, and the severity of these charges, and the fact that none of these women have a demonstrable "dog in this fight"...I believe Kavanaugh is not qualified to serve on the Supreme Court.

The prosecutor who is cross-examining the victim (you read that correctly) seems to think it's very suspicious that someone can be afraid of flying while also having gotten on a plane at some point. That's the level we're at here.
