Yeah - my faith in the courts and the justice system was misplaced.

I cannot comprehend how that fucker was sprung on a deal that was cut back in the day - but still the trial that convicted him went forward?

I'd like for some enterprising journalist to get in there and tell the real story while an administrative and oversight review is conducted.
