Best Anal Lube?

Just as a caution, some people have a reaction to coconut oil so might want to make sure they, or you, don’t react to it. That could ruin the experience for all involved I’d think.

Anything is good as long as it is silicone based lube. Since butt does not produce natural lubricant like vagina does. Water based lube will evaporate eventually.

Silicon based lube is NOT compatible with silicon toys and, as others have noted, coconut oil is not compatible with latex condoms or latex toys.

I've been into anal toy play and receptive anal sex for over four decades. I've tried dozens of lubes of various formulations and Probe Personal Lubricant, Thick and Rich formula, is the absolute best I have ever found. I am never without a large pump bottle and smaller squeeze bottle for travel.

It's slicker than you can possibly imagine (watch out if using it in the shower) and has staying power without peer. If it starts to dry, the smallest amount of water, saliva....will reactivate it.

Not necessary...any grocery store will have it, even my WM in BFE carries it.

Yep but... Keep in mind that the state it is in depends on the temp. When it's cold or cooler, it will be solid. When warm, it will be liquid. This is important to know because you might accidentally spill it while in liquid state.

And if you want one that is always liquid, look for fractionated. It will usually come in a squirt or pump top bottle for easy dispensing.

What about silicone toys?

I have not had a problem with it and them. My friend who owns a sex shop recommends it for everything, even condoms. But do research if you are concerned. It is not recommended for these things but as I said, she and I have never had a problem.

I also use Paloqueth. It's a slippery and never sticky lube that is recommended for condoms and silicone toys. I got a free sample with some toy.

I buy a jar at the cooking oil aisle at local grocery store. I put some of the coconut oil in a small clear plastic cup, then in the microwave for 15 seconds or so; makes it a nice clear liquid. Yes, it can be spilled, but the open cup is easy for me to dip my fingers into.
