I have reviewed my Calendars from my High School Years.

There are NO REFERENCES to any Rapes.

Apparently Dems. approached Ramirez, after they found some papertrail:


So it looks like something Did happen at a party.
For me, the issue becomes: do we believe Ramirez's version of events (attempted assault), or did she distort facts? Then and/or now.
I go with the latter.

I'm suspicious that her version of events was watered down,
because it seemed that at the time another version of the same event was being circulated amongst frat boys and the gossip vine.

I'm also influenced by the fact that I Was in the vicinity of such a drama, in which someone watered down their version of events once the gossip started spreading. Out of fear that it might ruin their reputation and marriage, even livelihood.


Which isn't to say that rape isn't the most underreported crime, and that most rape (attempted or completed) accusations aren't genuine.
Which is why I tend to believe Christine Ford.

The absolute belief in accusation without corroborating evidence, that mentality. Nothing apparently "did" happened if there is no evidence or sworn testimony to prove it. Blind faith isn't enough.

When you talk about convicting based on allegations, what about crimes where the only witness is the victim? Are you saying that a victim’s testimony must be corroborated in all cases and in all crimes? If so, what would you accept as corroborating evidence? If not, for what crimes is a victim’s testimony sufficient?

But your guys' (Agro's, in particular) habit of becoming 100% convinced on the spot, and of using such words "rapist", "victim" based on "She said, he said", annoy the heck out of me .
