As Storm Florence fades away, flooding NC, Va, and DC Don the Con seems to have been struck dumber by Manafort's flipping!

Is Donald Trump the leader of the resistance inside the Trump administration?

This is a consistent pattern with Trump. Nobody’s done more to keep Russian interference in the 2016 election in the headlines than the “president.” Vanity Fair reported this week that former Trump henchman Michael Cohen appears to be cooperating with the Mueller probe in part because he “listened as Trump railed against anyone who makes a plea deal” on Fox News, and Cohen “bristled at the feeling that he has taken the fall for a man who has refused to take any responsibility or face any consequence himself.” Remember that there would be no Mueller investigation in the first place if Trump hadn’t fired FBI director James Comey and then told NBC’s Lester Holt that he did so to derail the Russia investigation.

I wonder what Rudy will spew on the Sunday talk shows?:D

Flooding in Annapolis will cause John McCain's casket to surface and haunt Trump's nightmares.

GOP leaders furious Trump’s daily ‘chaos’ is burying news of a good economy before midterms

Trump stepping on his own dick, again!

GOP leaders and pollsters are in a full panic that the voters heading to the polls in November will disregard the strong economy and turn Republican lawmakers out because of the “chaos” President Donald Trump continues to create with his Twitter account.

According to the New York Times, “tensions are rising between the White House and congressional Republicans” over the upcoming midterms with the White House blaming what is expected to be an election day bloodbath on GOP retirements and bad candidates — and Republicans leaders pointing the finger at Trump.

Oh Don, don't piss off the jury. :D

MSNBC hosts stunned by bizarre praise of ‘uncontrolled male passion’ from Kavanaugh friend Mark Judge

MSNBC found troubling statements about drinking, women, consent and sexuality in many of Judge’s writings, such as that consent could be ambiguous.

Many of his writings, an MSNBC reporter noted, align with the ideology of the MRA movement (men’s rights activists). In one instance, he praised the “wonderful beauty of uncontrollable male passion.”

The co-hosts couldn’t quite wrap their heads around Judge’s praise of men with out-of-control sex drive.

MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle gawked in disbelief. “One more time. The wonderful beauty of uncontrollable male passion.”

Don't they call that rape?

87th Weak of the Rain of Donald Dipshit!

A thread title like the above is all one needs to assess the intellectual depth of this discussion.:D

MSNBC panel flabbergasted by Trump’s ‘perverse’ attack on Christine Ford

Fox News reporter shocked that Trump went after Christine Ford: ‘He might blow this up

A Fox News correspondent believes President Donald Trump may have blown up Brett Kavanaugh’s chances for confirmation by attacking a woman who accused the Supreme Court nominee of sexual assault.

Ed Henry, the conservative network’s chief national correspondent, said Kavanaugh’s confirmation appeared to be a sure thing despite the allegations by Christine Blasey Ford, but he said Trump’s tweet puts that in doubt.

Haberman also says that Trump’s tweets questioning why Ford didn’t come forward sooner after allegedly being attacked decades ago would be major fodder for Democratic campaigns in the upcoming midterm elections.

“Strategists already counting on women being energized for November will appreciate the chance to talk about why many women don’t report attacks, after this tweet,” she writes.

The Right Wing is going nuts over Kavanaugh, Trump is helping?

Will it be a Kava-Nope?

"Why didn't somebody call the FBI 36 years ago?"

---- Trump the stable genius.

Meanwhile, the Donald wants a Wall!

Will Trump shut down the government this month? It sounds as if he wants to.

President Trump just significantly upped the chances that the government will shut down at the end of this month, weeks before an election. In a tweet Thursday morning, Trump simultaneously signaled that he’d be okay with a government shutdown over immigration and that there’s little Congress can do to change his mind.

I want to know, where is the money for Border Security and the WALL in this ridiculous Spending Bill, and where will it come from after the Midterms? Dems are obstructing Law Enforcement and Border Security. REPUBLICANS MUST FINALLY GET TOUGH!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 20, 2018

That would mean that, as Republican lawmakers go one direction to try to save their majorities in Congress, Trump is going in the opposite one. And if he sticks to what he tweeted Thursday, it significantly increases the chances that the government will shut down later this month, despite all of Congress’s efforts.

Fuck Trump!

A rhetorical question. Why didn't she file a police report?

Which just emphasizes how little you (and Trump) know about how such trauma of this nature works. Happily, women voters will understand how it works.

Trump is making so many idiotic missteps that he's turning out to be Russia's best asset in fomenting chaos in the United States.

Truthieness!

GOP strategist Steve Schmidt rips Trump’s messy White House: ‘Monkeys throwing excrement at each other

“It’s an extremely alarming picture,” Schmidt said in agreement, noting that recent books by Bob Woodward and Omarosa Manigault-Newman that he is “mentally, psychologically, temperamentally and intellectually unfit to hold that power.”

“We don’t need any confirming accounts that he’s fundamentally unfit for the office that he holds,” the Republican strategist continued. “That there’s chaos in the White House, that it’s a food fight, that it’s, you know, a bunch of monkeys throwing excrement at each other on any given day.”

Makes one nostalgic for GW?:D

That might be Trump's single biggest achievement; making George W Bush look kind of okay. I mean, 'Dubya' was an absolute buffoon, arguably one of the worst presidents there has ever been, yet I'd have him back in a heartbeat compared to the clown we have to deal with now.
No, really, just no. Carly Fiorina would have been better than Bush. Ben Carson would have been better than Bush. Marco Rubio would have been better than Bush.

I don't agree that any of those would be better than George Bush, the Lesser. Bush wasn't all that bright, but he had his moments--and never puffed himself up or took himself as falsely seriously as any of those three do. He tried to do the right things--they were just mostly a different "right thing" than I believed in. The three you mention are all snakes in the grass.

No, really, just no. Carly Fiorina would have been better than Bush. Ben Carson would have been better than Bush. Marco Rubio would have been better than Bush.

Yes, you're quite right, almost anyone would have been better than Bush. But the crucial point is Bush would be better than Trump...

As North Carolina soaks under the remaining water dumped by the Hurricane and wallows in pig shit, the 87th week of Donald Dipshit fades away.

Come on Bob, end this national nightmare!
