I grew up next to Ontario, California, whose schools were named Chaffey after an Australian rogue. I never cared about Ontario's elections, even though the city held most of the world's pepper trees and hosted a classic flatiron factory.

The other Ontario, that one in Canada? I dunno if the warrant from 1967 is still active. Yeah, I jumped bail. I've been careful not to return since. I have a great story about The Doors in Toronto but that's another thread.

Ford won. He's scrapped our cap-and-trade, wants to cut Toronto City Council in half, have cannabis sold not sold in government stores—like our liquour or (somewhat) our beer—but private stores, and return the sex-ed to 1998.
