For me it’s the sound of my husbands rhythmic breathing as he drifts off to sleep.

My wife snores so it's not relaxing but phone play that ends with a partner falling asleep is usually a quick way to fall asleep myself

I actually enjoy either the binaural tones or lullabies

Running water.. like rivers, waves in the ocean, any natural moving body of water

A soft breeze that culminates in a light rustle of leaves on the trees. Very peaceful.

Nice thread idea, Icy, so thank you! And I love yours. :)

A profound one for me at this time of year: the hummm of my honeybee hives.

It’s so nice to see such varying answers. Thanks everyone. 😁

Rain falling on a good metal roof one your accustomed to it is amazing

Distant rolling thunder works every time. Rain is a bonus but all I really need is that low rumble.

Almost any song by the Carpenters. It takes me back to my childhood, when anything was possible, and life was easy.

Wind chimes.

His voice.

The AC and fan.

Distant trains.

Rain.

The ocean.

(I had a few. Sorry.)

I've got a few.

Her voice.
Pink Floyd.
My dog snoring quietly.
