An autoclave is just a glorified pressure cooker. Usually runs on a 15 minute cycle.

If you really want to do this tickle-dick thing— These are time-honored methods of sterilization where no such hi-tech is available:

• immerse in fully boiling water for 15 minutes
• baking in an oven. Even at 350°, you're higher temp than an autoclave can reach.
• If the instruments are stainless steel, you can wash them thoroughly with 90% alcohol.

To be truly aseptic, they should be placed on a sterile surface and only handled with sterile gloves (not ordinary exam gloves) which I imagine can be purchased on-line or maybe even at a pharmacy. If you want to prepare in advance, they could be wrapped in a sterile cloth, taped shut, and stored in a freezer.

The sterile cloth is the trickiest part. The beauty of an autoclave is that the tools are wrapped and sealed before sterilization. The the cloth is sterilized in the autoclave along with the rest. The tape changes color at high heat, making it readily apparent that the procedure has been completed.

But I speak only from long-ago lab experience. I offer no medical advice.
