What's Up WIth Bob?

Mueller accuses Paul Manafort of witness tampering

Robert Mueller has fucking had it, Paul Manafort! Last night he filed documents accusing Manafort of witness tampering. The gist is that Manafort was calling people up on Facebook’s shitty chat software and trying to get everyone to agree on a story to tell investigators. Now Mueller wants to LOCK HIM UP until the trial, and legal Twitter is pissing itself with laughter.

Mueller Team Accuses Paul Manafort Of Tampering, Asks Judge To Revoke Release

Despite the various indictments, Manafort has been out on bail and under house arrest, because he’s being treated as a wealthy white man instead of a poor minority. But apparently Special Counsel Robert Mueller would like to end that charade. In documents filed this evening, Mueller’s office has asked for a hearing to revoke Manafort’s release. Mueller’s team claims Manafort has been engaged in a witness tampering, and therefore violated the conditions of his release.

I think there are several knuckle-breaker Russian oligarchs who have been keeping Manafort on the live-or-die edge since before Manafort entered the Trump campaign.

Konstantin Kilimnik indictment means Mueller has officially tied Russian intelligence to Trump campaign: report

With all the North Korean summit and Donald Trump’s spat with Justin Trudeau sucking up all the airtime, some may have missed an important development in the Mueller probe of Russia’s interference in the 2016 Presidential campaign.

So explains a new Bloomberg piece analyzing the importance of Mueller’s indictment of Konstantin Kilimnik.

In the piece, writer Christopher Strohm argues that the charges against Kilimnik represent a breakthrough in the case because it “links senior officials on President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign to Russian intelligence in a criminal matter.”

“This is an alleged Russian spy committing crimes with the former campaign chairman for Trump,” former federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti told Bloomberg. “When people first thought of the Mueller investigation, this is what people thought would result from it.”

Cohen’s soon-to-be ex-attorney ‘complained for some time’ that legal fees aren’t being paid

On Wednesday, ABC News and other outlets reported that Cohen was expected to lose legal representation. Unconfirmed reports also said that Cohen is likely to become a witness for the prosecution in a case against President Donald Trump. Cohen is Trump’s former personal attorney and fixer.

“What seems to be intensifying here is the federal probe into Michael Cohen,” Gasparino explained to Fox News host Neil Cavuto on Wednesday. “Here’s what we know. The prosecutors are turning up the heat on Mr. Cohen. They will, according to a recent judge ruling, have access to a majority of his emails. And these are emails presumably between him and the president as he’s being investigated by [special counsel Robert Mueller], who essentially handed the investigation to the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District.”

Gasparino said that Fox Business has confirmed that one of Cohen’s attorneys, Stephen Ryan, could drop out of the case.

“There’s a lot of speculation about whether Mr. Cohen can pay Mr. Ryan’s fees,” the Fox Business correspondent continued. “There’s also speculation that maybe Mr. Cohen needs a different type of lawyer if — lots of talk right now about Mr. Cohen cooperating with the feds in exchange for leniency if he faces a possible indictment over God knows what.”

It appears the Bob had Cohen over a barrel now. When the money runs out the fixer is fixed up well!:D

Trump campaign data operation had stolen Clinton emails ‘more than a month’ before WikiLeaks: bombshell report

In a column for the British magazine Spectator, BBC correspondent Paul Wood revealed that Cambridge Analytica, the now-defunct company which was in charge of microtargeting voters for the Trump campaign, was in possession of Clinton’s emails at least a month before WikiLeaks was known to have them.

“The (now shuttered) British company did the Trump campaign’s data,” Wood explained. “Its speciality was ‘microtargeting’: individual messages tailored to individual voters, delivered by email, Facebook and Twitter.”

“The US intelligence agencies believe that Russian internet ‘troll factories’ were also pushing out pro-Trump propaganda on social media: sometimes fake news, sometimes real news, such as the hacked contents of Clinton’s emails,” he continued. “The question is whether this was done in coordination with the Trump campaign.”

Wood said that he had information from an “American lawyer” who knew that Cambridge Analytica was in possession of the emails, which U.S. intelligence agencies later determined were stolen by Russian hackers.

"An American lawyer I know told me that he was approached by a Cambridge Analytica employee after the election. They had had the Clinton emails more than a month before they were published by WikiLeaks: ‘What should I do?’ Take this to [special counsel Robert Mueller], the lawyer replied."

Paul Manafort appeals revocation of bond

"B, b, But I'm a White Man!"

A DC Federal Judge ruled last Thursday that she could find no restrictions that she could impose on Manafort’s continued release that would keep him from potentially being able to tamper with witnesses.

The 69-year old veteran GOP strategist was taken into custody by marshals and is now being held in the VIP section of the Northern Neck Regional Jail in Virginia south of Washington.

It was a devastating blow to his legal defense team, according to experts, who say alleged white collar criminals are often called upon by their attorneys to be in communication hours each day and nearly every day until trial. His detention severely hampers that communication, and now Manafort is more than two hours from metro DC, necessitating a long journey for his lawyers whenever they need to meet in person.

Tough Titty! :D

Judge says Manafort’s new jail is ‘very familiar’ with housing ‘spies and traitors’

District Court Judge T.S. Ellis II on Thursday ordered former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort to be moved to a jail in Alexandra, Virginia because it has experience housing “spies and traitors.”

According to Politico, Manafort was booked into the Alexandria facility on Thursday. The transfer comes after Manafort bragged about his “VIP” treatment at Northern Neck Regional Jail.

It is unclear if the Judge offered any Anal Lube to Mr. Manafort. :)

Delicious timing on this--not only in the wake of the repulsive Republican show in Congress but right before the blackmailed Russian agent meets with his boss.

Ex-CIA director predicts next Mueller indictments will include Americans

Ex--CIA director Michael Hayden made a bold prediction on CNN Friday afternoon, telling host Jake Tapper that he suspects the next round of indictments by Robert Mueller will include Americans.

The retired four-star general who led the NSA and the CIA said that he does not expect Trump to back out of his summit with Vladimir Putin, but that Trump should confront him.

Maybe next round Bob can start picking on the Rethugs who took rubles for reelection?
Like Trump, Ryan, McConnell, Pence, Grassly...:D

That's why it was done. The neocons, who seem to be exceptionally popular in these parts, want a wreck any chance of detente between the US, Russia and China. Our secret police agencies including the FBI are deployed full time to make that happen. The neocons want the US to remain a dumb, militaristic giant on a British leash, bullying and intimidating the rest of the world until at some point the entire world unites to put us in our place.

That's precious. ;)

Not being able to assess overwhelming evidence--and that's just from Trump's defensive behavior alone--is going to have to be your problem. What will be will be no matter how much you want to pretend.

Just a side note. It's one thing to think of malnourished Russian hackers in a warehouse attacking the US, it's another to realize Putin ordered his MILITARY to do it. The indictment of Russian military intelligence officers gives me the freakin' creeps.

Trump is clearly and unequivocally a traitor who is betraying the US and consorting with the enemy. He is out attacking Obama this morning, not Putin. Our own Justice Department is pursuing charges against the Russians. It is his duty as the Executive Branch to ENFORCE THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. It is his legal duty to demand the extradition of the Russian attackers. He must be impeached.

So what has The Ugly American done today to embarrass the US?

Today he pissed off Scotland.

As Phrodo says:
Dickish Trump Is Even A Dick To That Nice Old Lady From 'The Crown'

We all know, unfortunately, that Donald Trump can't do anything normal and human because he's a blight on all that is good in the world. The president met the queen of England and The Beatles yesterday and it went as horribly as you might expect.

"The British public does not appear amused with President Donald Trump walking in front of Queen Elizabeth II on Friday, with one royal commentator describing the awkward stroll as reminiscent of "wandering up and down a golf course."

I guess Cadet Bonespur missed his class on Military Reviewing. :D:rolleyes:
