Trump picks pasty white sex-obsessed "family man" to shield him from Mueller Probe

This dude gives me the creeps. It's his hands. Small and slimy.

What kind of guy is so up in women's business? And in such a fucked up way?

On the one hand he's all hell bent on punishing women for engaging in sexual activity for anything other than procreation. Birth control? No sirree, not if he has anything to say about it. And you can just forget about abortion you nasty little sluts.

On the other hand, he's the freakazoid who turned the Starr Investigation into a bad porn story, getting all up in the details of the Prez's bj's and such. TMI, Mr. Lawyer. Not necessary.

Naturally, he's a devout Christian, ha

Like all truly devout Christians, he understands that "judge not, lest ye be judged" only applies to sinners. The righteous have a duty to judge. To judge and punish.

The "good soul" that he is (cf Dorothy Parker's 1918 essay) demands he sacrifice himself to knowing the details of miscreants' behavior so he can be sure to correctly identify all the sordid deeds they do as sins. Where better to do this than on the "Supreme Court," for he acts at the will of the "Supreme Being."

And he knows also of those who are without sin, incapable of sinning, for a POTUS must not be hindered in carrying out his divine mandate, not even for minor things like pussy grabbing or wife raping. No, this Angel of Justice knows that women should know their place and do as they're told.

Yes, he will join POTUS in making America what they imagined it must have been yet never was.

Stop POTUS, Kavanaugh, and all their evil little minions, and let's
¡MAKE
AMERICA
AMERICA
AGAIN!

Their greatest hopes of all these years — on seeing Roe v. Wade overruled once and for all, on weakening the administrative state, on making the president the lord of every corner of the Executive branch — now rest with Kavanaugh, who no one really doubts will be a faithful soldier.

Just as no one really doubted that Gorsuch would play ball on the right wing’s nearest and dearest issues.

Mitch McConnell and all of his Anti-Democracy buddies overturned the delicate balance

The House of Representaives
The Senate
The Supreme Court
The Vice President

"Kavanaugh has been the creature and servant of political power all his days,” Garrett Epps, a constitutional scholar, wrote in The Atlantic.

“It would be the height of folly to expect that, having attained his lifetime’s ambition of a seat on the Supreme Court, he will become anything else.”

(gsgs bows, in service to the truth)

The glaring exception, of course, is administrative agencies, where Kavanaugh, in tune with Gorsuch and the conservative legal establishment, has sounded amenable to exercising aggressive judicial oversight over what he sees as merely an amalgam of unelected bureaucrats trampling on our cherished liberties. But the freedom to breathe clean air? No deference should be afforded there, or any other area where the government has been delegated statutory authority, but where Kavanaugh’s conception of an unruly deep state makes it clear to him that the judiciary has the last word. He’s an “anti-administravist” in the formalistic sense where Steve Bannon may be in a Trumpian sense.

Kavanaugh presented himself as being constrained by the government’s failure to contest the premise that the girl had a theoretical right to an abortion, but he was also willing to let the government make it prohibitively difficult, if not impossible, for her actually to get one. In this, he embodies what is likely the near future of reproductive-rights jurisprudence: the stretching into meaninglessness of the standard, laid out in the Supreme Court decisions following Roe v. Wade, that the government should not put an “undue burden” on a woman when she seeks to exercise her right to end an early pregnancy. (The next-near future may simply be the overturning of Roe.)

When President Trump nominated conservative federal appeals court judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court on Monday night, he dealt a potential death blow to Roe v. Wade and threatened to upend the balance of the court for decades to come. And he also confirmed that the Supreme Court—which is supposed to be impartial, noble, and, yes, supreme—is just another white boys’ club. A fraternity. An eating club. That creepy titular secret society from the 2000 Paul Walker classic The Skulls. Take your pick, really.
