2. Incorrect, he's quite good at it. Stupendous actually. There isn't anyone on the planet who is better at it that he is. We have billions of people on the earth, and most are really good people, but he's the best at hyperbole.

Well, since he first launched an exploratory presidential campaign in 2000, he falls into the definition of a long-time politician. He's just a highly unusual one. True that he's pretty much a business failure though. Who can't make a go of a casino?
 
Because they thought he wasn't a politician (again, he started running for president in 2000. He's been a politician from that point; just a nonconventional one). It's just like all of those other things they thought he was/wasn't without bothering to take a look at what he clearly is.

From a legal stance he is. Morally, it's debatable.

I do find it interesting that you deny him to be a politician though. In what world does politician not mean "backstabbing, selfish piece of shit"? Since that seems to be how you view him.
