One thing to understand is that you can only make your rear as big as your genetics will allow. There's no way around that other than obesity, steroids and/or surgery.

Don't believe the nonsense you read in magazines or the fake 'big booty' routines found in magazines or sold by online trainers on Facebook, etc. It's all BS.

My favorite was the girl that claimed she did 1000 body squats everyday and that gave her a big bubble ass. lol Sorry, it doesn't work that way. The human body is not a balloon that can be pumped up. In fact, she would have made her ass worse doing that. The truth is, she was exposed and revealed that she had silicone implants and made a fortune selling hype products and routines to gullible followers.

Squats, lunges, Bulgarian split squats and lots of them hold the key to what you need.
