It’s a stupid, tiny thing but still irritating. Water shoes/socks I use with my monofin are now doa and it’s irritating. Though in a way kinda cool I managed to wear them out since February I guess. Still irked though. I liked them, they didn’t have the non-slip soles (nonslip +monofin= fin not moving right with me.)

I don’t like my body reminding me just how fucking god awful last year was because I was so often alone, hurting, too dizzy to walk without falling or fainting 2-15 times a damn day. The fireworks are not fucking helping either. Sooo tempted to bring out the living room sound system and play either air raid sirens or thunderstruck at four am July fifth. I hate my room on days like this.

My computer wouldn't turn on. It was making weird noises. I took it to the computer fix it place. He pushed the power button and it booted right up.
I'm glad it did but WTF?
Well-known phenomenon. My partner is/was IT and she often makes things work just by walking into the room.

It's true. My son's in hardware, wife and I are in software. He can get our laptops to work when we've spent time trying to get them to boot. I can sit at his desk with 5 monitors and get his games to work better.
