I submitted a second story (probably a mistake). I went to check on it, and it says I submitted IT TOMORROW!? WTF? Did I step into a time warp?

It probably also says "new" even though it's under Pending, doesn't it?

It depends when it gets approved. If Laurel approves your story at 11 pm, and the stories start uploading at 12, you will probably miss that it changed to new before it went up.
