Here is a tip for you:

Go to your private message inbox and scroll down to near the bottom. You will find that you can download all of your private messages into three different file formats — including text. Do that and ensure that you can read them from the saved file; then once you can confirm that, you can delete your entire private message inbox so that you may receive more private messages.

It’s easy for me to say because I, too, speak very poorly about myself at times.

As someone else said the 40’s are a time we reflect a lot.

My marriage is shaky and I make a million and one excuses why I don’t go. At time we aren’t even friends. But this isn’t about me, it’s about you.

You said “I’m 43 and fat”. So what??? You’re 43 and have nothing to prove but to yourself! You’re unorganized, so what? Some of the best people in life are unorganized.
