They are located near universities because college-aged people are the most sexually active with the most partners. Hence the need for preventative care and women's healthcare overall. Why do those other organizations not get funded? Bad management, probably.

I believe Silly Hilly is the one who defended the child rapist. And her husband was or is the harasser. If you are referring to Trump, he is not a lawyer, so how could he defend anybody in court? And his so-called sexual harassing involved women who were willing, if it even happened at all.
