Fucker didn't ask my permission or let me know until he was leaving my home.

I own guns. Hell, I inherited a veritable arsenal when my dad passed last summer (3generations worth of beauties). I keep them in a safe off property while I disseminate them to appropriate friends and family who will appreciate them.

That said....mutha fucka better not come into my house packing. How am I to know if you were brought up knowing proper gun sense? How am I to know that you might not accidentally shoot me in the leg while you're scratching your family jewels?

As far as I'm concerned, conceal and carry is for pussies (kinda like wiping!). If you don't have the balls to pack your heat where I can see it (so I can stay the fuck away from you), then leave it at home.

I guess I'mma have to start frisking at the doorway (might be fun)!

He has the right...you can't ask somebody to walk around unarmed...its a constitutional right

Nobody has the right to enter a private residence with a gun except a cop and he has to be allowed in.

The best part of my post was "wiping is for pussies"!

one of these days somebody's gonna catch me ridin' dirty.

Wrong.

Open carry is vulgar, and depending on circumstance, near brandishing. Proper concealed carry is gentlemanly and discreet.

It's astounding to me that any state would disallow open carry, although some do. I consider open carry tge deminimis for any orderly, safe, sensible society. Only a select number of sensible States such as my own permit concealed carry... no need to talk to the man about it.

Why do all anti-gun-ninnies always open with how often they personally have fondled firearms as if that establishes their bona fides as anything other than anti-gun-ninnies?

I never ride dirty. My mom always told me to wear clean underwear when leaving the house in case I got into a car accident.

Completely wrong on many levels. Especially the fact that a cop has a right to enter. Acop armed or unarmed does not have a ride to enter your residence without permission or probable cause and or a warrant.

As far as entering any place while armed you owe no duty to anyone to disclose whether or not you are armed unless and until your state has a law saying that they can post a sign specifically forbidding you entering under arms in which case you may not. There's no sign on the door saying that you can't bring a gun in then you can.

If you want your residence or business to be a gun-free zone then you need to post that prominently to let all the criminals know that there are no guns there to protect you with. You also need to assume liability for the protection of anyone who enters your establishment unarmed.

Personally, I prefer not to enter establishments which have such signs posted whether I am or am not armed. I also prefer not to associate with anti-gun nuts and their irrational thought processes It generally spills over and every other part of their being

So mannered and well polished. Again, have the guts to show your hand. Just as you question my "bona fide", I question your good sense and want to know who's carrying so I can stay the fuck away from you.

By the way, no one knows anything about guns applied the word "arsenal" to the actual guns. And

An arsenal is the place you keep the guns, not the guns themselves. You apparently actually do have an arsenal because from what you've written you keep your guns off site in a location specifically reserved for the storage of guns. That would be an arsenal.

Thanks for clearing that up Mister Dick-tionary.

You do not have a right to enter a residence with a gun if the owner says you don't. There is no constitutional right to that for anyone. Nobody needs to post a sign. They just need to say get the fuck out with your gun. That's it.
If you can't understand that then you're even dumber than the idiot who said there's a constitutional right to do so.

The conceal carry rate in America is about 16%, so in any given day in which you cross paths with Americans, and you’ve been in the presence of at least 16 guns, guns that are there to protect their owner, and has no effect on your day unless a bad guy shows up, in which case you’ll be glad a friendly gun was on hand.

True, but the owner then assumes all responsibility for your safety, and can be held criminally negligent and liable if you get harmed, in say a home invasion. They don’t ask permission to enter with a gun.

If you enter my house with a concealed gun, especially if there are kids around,
I'm gonna fuck you in your ass with your gun.

No. A homeowner is not responsible for your safety from outside forces. That's idiotic.

If he drew his gun to show it off like an idiot, then fine...be pissed at him. But he had his gun holstered the entire time while he was there AND you and everyone else had no clue and frankly, still would have no clue if he didn't tell you at the end of the night.

IMHO, he did nothing wrong if he had a valid license to conceal carry. If you don't like guns in your home, place a sign out like malls and restaurants do (I'm sure that won't increase your chances of a hot prowl burglary). Either that, or move to England or Venezuela if you hate guns so much.

Sexual assault gives that gun owner the right to pull the trigger on you, his house or not.

Unless and until you present a threat that justifies actually shooting you, you would never know when a gentleman is armed.

Your fanciful idea that there are wild people running around who just might shoot you for no good reason is a silly fear. If that were to happen and I don't think any reservations you might have about whether or not they were walking around armed would be particularly relevant now would it?

The vast majority of people who get shot have some reason to fear specifically that they might be shot because of their behavior and lifestyle. There are also plenty of people who have to work amongst such and it's perfectly reasonable that such people arm themselves for the possibility that they might find themselves inadvertently in the middle of something that they would rather not be in the middle of unarmed.

My guess if this same relative of yours was either a current or retired law enforcement officer, with not one more hour of training than he currently has to operate that particular firearm I'm sure you wouldn't think a moment about it.

What is it about having a badge that makes some people Suddenly at ease with the presence of a firearm. There is such a thing of abuse of power under color of Law and it's sometimes done with firearms.

You're an idiot. That's probably why your wife left with the children. You dont bring a gun into someone's house without them knowing, you backward, inbred desert tranny.

I don't hate guns. Guns don't make mistakes, people do.

He should have asked permission. THAT's the gentlemanly thing to do.

Who would go out of their way to get fingerprinted, background checked, attend courses and classes, pay the fees due, and then simply go around shooting people? Fact is, conceal carry individuals are a tiny fraction of 1% of the shootings that take place, and are some of the safest and most safety conscious people you’re likely to meet
