Here's what Congress is investigating from the Obama administration

1. Investigation into Uranium One
House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes and Oversight Chairman Trey Gowdy announced last October that they were going to launch an investigation into an Obama-era Uranium deal that some have linked to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

2. FBI handling of Clinton email case
House Republicans are preparing to ask former FBI Director James Comey to testify as part of the Republican-led probe into the FBI and Justice Department handling of the Clinton email investigation.

3. FBI text messages
A series of text messages exchanged between top FBI employees referring to then-candidate Trump as an "idiot" and other insults, while fearing his potential victory as "terrifying," were released to lawmakers last December.

4. The FBI/Justice Department use of Steele dossier and FISA
With Trump's approval, House Republicans released a disputed GOP intelligence memo that alleges FBI abuses of its surveillance authority earlier this month.

Right. The old "But Hilary!" defense. The crook who is our president is not Hilary. Whether or not she did anything wrong has absolutely nothing to do with Drumpf's guilt or innocence.

You'll have to forgive them. They have nothing to offer in the way of support for the con artist so they do the only thing they can do. Deflect.

Will it be money laundering, obstruction of justice, or campaign finance laws that lead to his impeachment?

Or will it be a combination of all three?

The saddest thing about the election of Trump is not that he is now our president, but what it tells us about how gullible (at best) a large percentage of our population is.

Or will it be a combination of all three?

That's a different question than if he is a criminal.

That's a different question than if he is a criminal.

I think it's pretty clear that was an unstated "Yes, he's a criminal. Which of his crimes will be his downfall?"

We know for a fact the con artist hired illegals to work on some of his buildings and didn't pay them.

We know for a fact he laundered money at his AC casinos. He even met with a guy who came with a suitcase filled with money which he readily took. He only escaped trial because it was never given a case number which also meant casino regulators never knew anything had happened. The con artist later contributed to the attorney's run for Mayor, an attorney who happened to be working for Rudy Giuliani.

3. The briefcase full of cash, 1988. Donald Trump personally sold two units in Trump Tower to Robert Hopkins, the mob-connected head of New York's largest gambling ring. As the late Wayne Barrett of The Village Voice told the story, Hopkins, who had no verifiable legitimate income or assets, showed up at the closing with a briefcase full of $200,000, which he counted at the table. To complete the purchase, he got a loan from a New Jersey bank that did business with Trump's casino. Trump summoned a limousine to ferry the cash to that bank.

"Tony Lombardi, the federal agent closest to then-U.S. Attorney [Rudy] Giuliani, opened a probe of Trump's role" in the transaction, Barrett reported in the 1993 Village Voice story he reprised last year for the New York Daily News. The feds subsequently made a case against Hopkins' mortgage broker, Frank LaMagra, who offered to give up Trump and even wear a wire. Lombardi's response? He went straight to Trump, who denied any wrongdoing, and that was that. Lombardi "closed the Trump investigation without even giving it a case number," according to Barrett. "That meant that New Jersey gaming authorities would never know it existed."

Shortly after Lombardi approached him, Trump announced that he'd raise $2 million "in half an hour" if Giulianni ran for mayor. He later channeled $41,000 into the future mayor's 1989 campaign.

We know at least one of his casinos had numerous money-laundering violations (106 in a year and a half) and oddly, large numbers of Russia mobsters from Brooklyn just happened to frequent this same casino.

We know for a fact his "University" was nothing but a scam.

We know for a fact his "foundation" was used to illegally pay his legal bills, pay him personally, and to buy him things.

We know for a fact he did business in Cuba while it was under sanctions.

We know for a fact he did business with an Iranian bank which funds terrorism, all while Iran was under sanctions.

"Let's put the shoe on the other foot," Dent said. "If a Democratic president had paid off a porn star to keep quiet while he was president, I suspect we'd have oversight hearings, and I suspect there should be some oversight hearings to get to the bottom of this."

"If a Democratic president had done this, we'd be waving a bloody shirt right now," he said of his Republican House colleagues.

Outgoing Republican Congressman Charlie Dent on a need for hearings on the hush money payment to Stormy Daniels and the con artist's subsequent repayment of that money after saying he knew nothing about the payment.

We also know he lied about the meeting with the Russians at his place in New York and lied about why he fired Comey.

The man is nothing but a walking criminal.

More importantly...he is a pathological liar. Even the right wing simply smiles when he is caught multiple times a day. He is running a reality TV show and making a mockery of our Country and no one on the right cares. Sad...so much pride we have in our country anymore.

He hasn't been Convicted of a Criminal Offence, so the correct answer is No, he's not a Criminal.

Trump isn't a crook

He is a con artist, a flim flam man in the oldest sense. He uses the letter of the law to rob people of their just due. He definitely is a liar as he is always changing his stories. He invented the term 'fake news' to help maintain his narrow-minded supporters.

Plenty of criminals never get caught. Especially white men with family money and fancy lawyers.
