No commercially available AR has a three position selector. There are more than a few out there that do in the hands of class III dealers and fully licensed class III individuals. To my knowledge the only murder that has occurred in the US with a class III weapon was an off duty cop in Ohio that used his service rifle to murder his wife.

No AR manufactured since 1986 can even be converted to full auto. (They can, but only with great effort by a skilled machinist and even then they'd be unreliable.) The receivers have had material removed in such a way that the parts required will not fit properly.
